Step 1: Please complete and submit the form below. A confirmation email will be sent indicating that we have received your application. Please note, the IWC uses email, Facebook, MailChimp, eVite, and Paperless Post to communicate; we ask that you provide your Facebook login email–even if it is the same as your regular email address. If you do not use Facebook, please type N/A.

Step 2: Please pay your dues. Upon receipt of your dues, the Membership Chair will process your application. This will give you full access to the IWCBDA website, newsletter, invitations. You will receive a link to the IWC Facebook group separately.
