Main Course (choose one)

• Pan-roasted chicken breast on spicy lentils with roasted pumpkin, chickpeas, cilantro, cucumber yogurt and red onion
• Pan-fried local catch on grilled zucchini with smoked tomato and extra virgin olive oil
• Tomato and goat’s cheese tart with caramelized onions and balsamic dressing

Dessert (choose one)

• Classic crème brûlée with homemade biscotti
• Raspberry sorbet with fresh fruit infused with lemongrass syrup
